On the main page, select the “Forgot my password” option. This will prompt a new window to appear, where you’ll be asked to provide your User Code or E-mail Address. After filling in the necessary information, click on the “Update Password” button. You’ll then see a confirmation message which reads, “If you’ve provided a registered email, you’ll receive a password reset link. Do you approve?” Confirm by clicking “OK.” Shortly, you should receive an email with the password reset link. Once you click on this link, a window will open where you can enter and set your new password.
Sometimes there happens to be such technical difficulties, in that case please approach HR colleague from Learning and Development team to assist you for password reset.

First, you need to log in your NEQSOL Academy account. Then you need to contact HR colleague from Learning and Development team for Linkedin Learning access. After the access is given, activation link should be followed. With having your personal LinkedIn account open on web, you can link your personal account to NEQSOL account to be able to share your certificates of completion.
Most of the trainings available on NEQSOL Academy are accessible to everyone with the necessary permissions. However, the content visible to you may vary based on your grade and position within the organization.
